ORIGINS OF PLUTAY
It’s 2am in the morning. Massive floodlights shine down upon a group of buildings that have collapsed from a land slide – tragically with people trapped underneath the rubble. There are fire-fighters and rescue workers operating around the clock to find people trapped under the rubble and to save their life.
These rescue workers know that the more time that passes, the less chance that they will find people alive. You can hear the urgency in their voices – as the workers yell out to each other.
You can see the urgency as they run around with equipment and excavate the rubble. You can sense the sheer urgency in the atmosphere.
This illustration has meaning for us, because we are like those rescue workers that are trying to find people amidst the world’s rubble and save their lives.
The more time that passes, the less time we have to save peoples lives.
That introduces our PLUTAY blog. Feel free to comment. |
